A few weeks ago, I submitted the necessary documents to activate Shopify Payments, but I have not received a response. This morning, I sent a follow-up request, but still no response. My store is consistently generating sales, and I can’t afford to keep it closed. While my documents are under review, I used Stripe as an alternative, but one of the support representatives informed me that I can’t use Stripe during the review process.
I’m losing sales, and currently, I can only offer PayPal as a payment option. Why is address confirmation so challenging for Shopify? What can be done to expedite this process?
