To clarify, Shopify is an ecommerce software some merchants use to build stores for their own businesses.
We don’t handle the shipping or orders for these independent businesses here at Shopify ourselves.
As such, we would recommend you try contacting the store you made an order with, such as by replying to any confirmation they sent you or by checking on the store page itself for contact info.
