I have Shopify store but i have problem with payment getaway if anyone can help tell me thanks.
Mohammed, “payment gateway problem” can mean a few different failures on Shopify, so the first split is where it breaks: the gateway does not appear at checkout, the payment redirects/fails, or Shopify/provider setup is blocking it.
Which gateway are you using, and what exact error does the shopper see at checkout? Please keep it to the gateway name and error text; no card, order, customer, payout, or admin details are needed.
