I have permission to add apps to a site but am getting permission errors.

I am a graphic designer working on a client site and am set up as a Staff member. They have given me permission to manage and install apps and approve app charges, as you can see from the screen shot they sent me below. However, I am getting an Oauth error when I try to install an app (any app - I’ve tried a few just to make sure).

Have you double-checked with the account owner to confirm that a secondary account that is supposed to be for you isn’t possibly causing this discrepancy? For example, there may be two staff accounts intended for you, one having these permissions enabled, but not for the account you are currently logged into.
