Just to gather some additional context, did you navigate to your checkout to see that the payment methods are not listed? Also, if possible - could you provide your online store URL? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation.

If you have successfully set up and enabled the Shopify Payments gateway, you should be able to manage the payment methods by navigating to Settings > Payments > Manage (Shopify Payments).

Once you are managing the gateway, you should be able to make the corresponding changes to accept all major credit cards. I took a screenshot of my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

this is my issue im having too. I have all the card checked and still when I go to my website and try to pretend to do a checkout, the only options are google pay Apple Pay and shop pay. PLEASE HELP

If you suspect that your customers are unable to checkout using various payment methods, it would be best to speak with our live support. Since I cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. With that being said, you can get in direct contact with our live support by navigating to our Help Center.

When you arrive on the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.

I’m having the same issue, it first reported it 20 days ago, I’ve contacted support 3 times with chat and they always say the configuration team should have it fixed within 24 hours…and them nothing. Please help
