I have two stores. I just purchased a domain for one of them. Now the other store says redirect to the store with the domain name. So i have the primary store option and I chose that to the store with the domain name. How do I stop the other store from being directed to the domain name store?

Depending where you have this domains. There should be an option to stop the redirecting
