I have unchecked the 'physical item' box but it's still asking for shipping at checkout

Hi,

All my products are workshops and I have set them all up by unchecking ‘this is a physical product’ on the product pages. But when I test this by purchasing, the checkout is still adding a shipping cost. Please can you help?
