I just want to know what it takes to get my over $2k back from Shopify and have them respond

My chat support inbox is full of chat agents ending with “We’ll follow up and get back to you” on when I will get my missing $2k they owe me.

Literally none of them do, and all chats close to inactivity. This is a screenshot of my support inbox.

It’s starting to feel intentional on Shopify’s part now to never pay me back the money that’s mine.
