I’m getting traffic but no sales on my website
Your website looks fake, like a placeholder website or a store demo for a shopify template.
what can I do ?
Just creating a shop is not enough to get sales. You need to prepare SEO and ads. Otherwise you will have nothing coming in. It’s not that easy to run an eCom shop as people make you believe it is. It’s a lot of work just to get traction.

1. Revise your Current Hero Image
I can see your current Hero image lack of brand identity and emotional message. Consider 2 points for making it better:
-
Add a strong headline:
“Luxury Streetwear. Designed for Confidence.” or “Bold Fits. Minimal Energy.” -
Make the CTA pop:
Use a solid color button with hover effect: “Shop the Look”, “Explore New Arrivals”
2. Product Image- Some product thumbnails are a bit flat or repetitive.
-
Add more dynamic product shots — e.g., models wearing the items, close-ups of materials or features.
-
Maintain consistent image dimensions and background style for a more polished grid layout.
3. Add Trust Elements- Include customer reviews or testimonials — even basic ones.
-
Add shipping & return policies in the footer or on product pages.
-
Display trust badges or icons (Secure checkout, Free shipping, etc.) near the “Add to Cart” or checkout area
3. Adding an FAQ and a “Contact Us” page
These are essential for helping customers quickly find answers or reach out for support, which can significantly enhance their shopping experience. For an easy solution, I recommend trying MooseDesk App. It provides free, professionally designed FAQ and Contact Us templates with a simple one-click setup that perfect for elevating your store effortlessly!
