I’m looking for honest feedback on how I can improve my smoke shop website’s design, SEO, customer trust, and overall shopping experience

Daniel’s collection page point is the right first move. One correction to the part about skipping product descriptions though: he checked a handful and found them around 100 words, which holds for most of the catalog, but 202 of your 3,455 products have a completely blank Description tab, and 197 of those are still buyable. Not obscure stuff either, it’s 48 Bongs, 38 Dab Rigs, 25 Ash Catchers and 22 Downstems.

What’s odd is that the copy already exists for a lot of them. On 12 of the 30 blanks I checked there’s a hand written Search engine listing full of real specs. The Bee Hive 80’s 45° Wet Ash Catcher meta says 18mm male joint, 14mm female joint, borosilicate glass, and not one of those appears anywhere on the actual page. Google has the joint size, the person standing on the page doesn’t, which is the exact thing you’d want fixed given Daniel’s point about how people search. Exporting to CSV and sorting by description length will surface the full list fast.
