I build a support agent for Shopify stores. It sits on your storefront and answers the questions that fill your inbox, like where’s my order, returns, shipping and product questions, using your real order data. Refunds and returns get worked out and then wait for your one-click approval. It never moves money on its own.
Until this week it was paid only ($119/month). I’ve now added a completely free plan: the full agent, no card needed, and it’s not a trial, it stays free. Honest reason: the app is new and has no reviews yet, and I’d rather have real stores using it and telling me what breaks than a price tag nobody trusts. Paid plans still exist for stores that want more later, but the free plan is the actual product.

If you install it, I’ll personally help you set it up and tune the answers to your store, takes about 15 minutes. In return I only ask for honest feedback: tell me the first thing that annoys you, the question it gets wrong, or the feature you expected and couldn’t find. And if you feel it earns one after using it, an honest review, good or bad, helps a small developer more than anything.
