I made the sale and the products still haven’t arrived for the customer. It’s been 4 months since the purchase was paid and processed and it still hasn’t reached customers, I’m starting to think shopify is a scam.

Shopify is what you use to host your ecommerce website, however, we do not process orders for you. Are you set up with a supplier, or do you ship your own products? When you receive an order, you would need to process and place the order with your supplier, or ship out the product yourself. If you’d want to tell me a bit more information about your products and where you source them, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction! Our orders guide is also a great place to start.

Thank you for getting back to me. Are you using an app to connect your Shopify store to AliExpress? If so, the app will likely have a guide on how to place your AliExpress orders (like this guide from DSers). If you’re not using an app, or you’re unable to find information provided by the app, I recommend checking out point #6 from our AliExpress dropshipping guide. Once you place the order, the supplier will prepare it and send the item directly to your customer!

I processed the sale on shopify but it didn’t show up in Dsers to process, what could have happened to not show up in Dsers?
