Hi I really need help. I’m able to sign into my account that has three shops that are not open, however I noticed two payments were made within days of each other in February.
I would like to reopen one of the shops asap but I’d like to know why I am being charged twice first?
It sounds like you may have been charged for multiple stores or overlapping billing cycles. Shopify bills each store separately, so if you had three stores even if they were inactive you might still be getting charged for them.
I’d recommend checking Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin to review the invoices and see which stores the charges are linked to. If something looks off, reach out to Shopify Support for clarification and possible refunds. Once that’s sorted, you can reactivate your preferred store through Settings > Plan and choose a subscription.
