I have been trying to get in contact with a real support advisor because the AI support bot is not helpful. I am currently locked out my account because I no longer have the phone number to receive the two step authentication code. I need to get in contact with a real person that can help me change the phone number. Thanks !
Sometimes we need to tell AI need human support several times, until the live chat icon appears. You can double-check and try again, but honestly it is difficult to get in touch with real human currently.
All you need do is to say this to the bot, “i need to speak to human”, and they’ll transfer you immediately
