Hello can someone please help me my shopify charge me $116 un my shop without using it . I never use my shop long time ago i even try to closed my shop already but they still giving me the invoice of my paypal now they charge me in my direct bank . How can i get a refund pls im broke i need the money . Please please . Can somebody help me
I understand that this situation could be quite frustrating. You can reach out to shopify help centre or support but before that please check on these details as well.
- Please check whether your store was closed or its on “pause” plan. If yes, then you can completely close the account.
- Also, make sure all your payment methods are unlinked from the store or any subscription which is still active.
Please reach out to shopify if you still need any help, if this amount was deducted from Paypal then you may reach out to them directly and inform that the account was not in use or inactive.
