I have quite a few products that are sold separately and also together. For our system, it’s important that the bundles sold together do not have an extra SKU. This is because we have a special plugin made for our internal system to Shopify, and it would mess things up quite badly. Is there an app that would allow this?
Another limitation I am encountering is the minimum quantity option. I do not see it anywhere. I did find this application called MinMaxify. However, I would very much like my bundle app to work together with this feature.
Is there an app that would create bundles without an extra SKU needed and one that has a feature that sets minimum quantities for my sales?
I am Abhinav from Profit Labs. I understand your requirements. Yes! Our app, Profit Bundles, can do this for your store. We have an option called “shell fulfillment” where the app will remove the parent bundle product from the order and add child items at a price that matches the retail price of the parent bundle. This ensures that no extra SKU is added to your system. The bundle SKU will only be a part of Shopify, not your downstream system.
Regarding your other question, you would need a separate app for this, like MinMaxify. No bundle app currently has the feature to set minimum quantities.

1) Bundle products
You can try using the BOGOS app. BOGOS doesn’t create an extra SKU when you create a bundle. Instead, the app manages bundles using the existing SKUs of the individual products. Grab BOGOS free 7-day trial and if you have any questions, our 24/5 Live chat support is available!
2) Regarding the minimum quantity option, as far as I know, there is no bundle app supporting this feature. However, I highly recommend you use another app like Avada Order Limits Quantity. Despite being newly launched, it is developed by Avada, a highly trusted brand, and is entirely FREE.

Great question! For creating bundles without assigning an extra SKU, Simple Bundles 2.0 is a great solution. It allows you to create bundles where the products are broken down into their components in the cart before checkout using the cart transform API. This way, only the component SKUs are shown in the admin, ensuring your system works without extra SKUs interfering. If this is for a newly installed, you are able to install the 2.0 version of the app by default.
However, Simple Bundles 2.0 does not have a built-in feature for setting minimum quantities. For that, you can use an app like MinMaxify or similar. While these two apps should work together, the best way to confirm this works is through testing it fully.
Hope this helps! Contact Simple Bundles (hello@simplebundles.io) or reply to this thread if you have more questions. Happy to help!
What you’re describing makes a lot of sense. Many bundle apps create a new “bundle SKU” in Shopify, which can interfere with internal systems like the one you mentioned. With NeatBundles, you don’t need to worry about that — the app doesn’t generate extra SKUs. Instead, it keeps each bundle tied directly to the original products, so your existing product SKUs flow through correctly into orders.
On top of that, NeatBundles has rules for things like minimum and maximum quantities. You can set up bundles where customers must choose at least a certain number of items (e.g. “minimum of 3”) while still letting them mix & match across your products.
That way you’d get both: bundles that don’t break your SKU setup and flexible min/max quantity controls, all in the same solution.
