I’m currently offering different bundle deals (via a quantity break app) for my dog collar product:
1 collar (no ID tag included)
2 collars (comes with 2 free ID tags)
3 collars (comes with 3 free ID tags)
For the best customer experience, I’d like to collect the customisation details (Pet Name + Phone Number) directly on the product page before the item is added to the cart. Most of my customers have multiple dogs, so they need to enter different details for each free tag.
The challenge: I need an app that:
-Works smoothly with bundled products.
-Allows me to add required inline text fields for each tag (with character limits).
-Saves the inputs properly so the cart only displays a summary of the personalisation, rather than a free-text note. Currently I have a free-text note in the cart drawer section and customers often input invalid details (e.g. too many characters) or only provide details for 1 tag for example.
