I need assistance with identity fraud

Please help direct me to the correct place assuming this is not the right board- i have never Shopify before prior to the current account

Shopify has no phone number and no direct chat support with an account - but earlier this year my SSN was compromised along with some info like my email etc - someone has attempted to create a shop with my email and presumably my ssn , and I cannot access it because even after resetting the password to block them out since they setup a store , I couldn’t access the store due to MFA they setup

so now I have created this account in the hopes that I can speak to a real person

if someone can help me with this or point to the correct person please

I am reporting a third-party organization that is using my identity (voice recordings, video, and messages) without my consent to falsely represent Shopify results and exploit others.

I am a minor. This group attempted to bypass Shopify age and payout compliance and pressured me for payment. They are now using my information as false proof of legitimacy.

I believe this constitutes impersonation, identity misuse, and fraud.

I have screenshots, voice recordings, and evidence of these practices and am requesting immediate investigation and action.
