In the last month or so and even less than that I have had around six hundred store visitors. Not one sale has been made. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. I have done insta ads as well as get thousands of views and likes on TikTok showcasing my products and people tell me they like my clothes but im just not making any sales. Aliyaah.co is my store.
Hi @Aliyaah
Welcome to the community.
Can you share a link to your store? IT is a bit hard to give feedback without it ![]()
Also, do check other topics, just search the community for “No sales” and you will see a lot of good advice that can be applied to most of the stores.
Thank you for replying, Aliyaah.co is my store. Give me ur feedback even if it os harsh I appreciate it!
Yes, about a month ago
Hi @Aliyaah ,
I just took a look at your store. Here is some helpful feedback for you:
-
I would put an about us section on the site/homepage. Visitors like having some kind of emotional connection to the brand they are buying from. Going on your homepage, I see what you’re selling, but I’d be a lot more inclined to buy if I had a backstory behind why/how this came about.
-
You don’t have any popups on the site. This is important for capturing emails that you can then retarget later.
-
The homepage hero image at the top is very blurry. This make the site look somewhat scammy.
-
For your product photos, try looking into Canva and seeing if there is a better way to block faces. I realize you want to hide the identity of the women in the photos, but the blur is on a lot more of the photo than just the face (which decreases the quality of the photos).
Hope this helps!

Is your store fully optimized ? If No, work on the optimization there might be a delay or blockage somewhere, speaking from experience.
I’m going to work on that right now. I thought it was but ChatGPT is saying otherwise.
I look through your site and i see many works that needs to be done there, first off the design isn’t looking that much good and some low quality images i can spot, look through the signature under this response and it should direct you to where you can get it solved
Hi @Aliyaah . As far as I can see, the store is kinda new and minimal. It lacks a lot of elements that could help convert traffic into sales (or even interest). There’re some basics I’d suggest you invest more effort into:
- Visuals: not really attractive now in terms of both store visuals or product showcasing. You should consider including high-quality images to make store visuals look more professional.
- Product descriptions: Provide more details about the products you’re offering to show your true dedication with them, like materials, care instructions, and what make it unique.
-
Brand story: Share your journey, mission, and values and give your store with vibe matching your products.
-
Customer reviews: You can set up customer reviews inside product pages to encourage customers to leave reviews and display them prominently.
-
Social Proof: Highlight user-generated content, testimonials, or any media features to build credibility with your visitors before they really find it amazing enough to make the final purchase decision. This will surely take time but it’s worth it.
-
Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons: Create more CTA areas for the customers to interact with the store and guide them what to do next, such as checking out new arrivals/best-sellers, signing up for newsletter for specific perks, following on social media, etc.
In the world of e-commerce, details make the difference between a window shopper and customer. I hope this will help! ![]()
Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. After viewing your website, I believe our expertise could add value to your business.
One important area to review is your website’s user experience and product presentation. Make sure your product pages have clear, benefit-focused descriptions, high-quality images, and visible social proof like customer reviews or testimonials to build trust. Simplifying navigation and highlighting bestsellers or limited-time offers can also guide visitors toward buying decisions.
It’s also important to examine your checkout process to ensure it’s smooth, fast, and trustworthy, as friction here often causes cart abandonment. Offering multiple payment options and clear shipping information can reduce hesitation. Additionally, consider launching a loyalty program to reward repeat customers and encourage ongoing engagement.
Furthermore, retargeting campaigns are especially effective since they allow you to reach people who have already visited your website but didn’t make a purchase, keeping your brand top-of-mind as they browse other sites or social media. Retargeting also delivers a better return on ad spend (ROAS) compared to traditional advertising because it focuses your marketing budget on people who have already shown interest in your products. This precision means you’re more likely to see sales from your efforts, rather than spending on broad audiences who may not be ready to buy.
To make launching retargeting campaigns easier, you can check out our Ako Marketing app. It helps you set up retargeting campaigns and loyalty programs right within Shopify, streamlining your marketing efforts and giving you a better chance to turn your social media interest into real sales.
Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don’t forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.
Hi @Aliyaah , It’s Nick here from BON, the essential solution of customer loyalty for Shopify businesses.
First of all, congratulations on your business and store, your store shows a great combination of colors, simple and understandable enough for everyone to shop. However, I would like to specify some improvements that you can take for consideration to better turn your visitors into your buyers. ![]()
1. Revise Hero Banner section
- The ALIYAAH.CO logo is centered on a plain background with no supporting tagline or call-to-action (CTA).
- There’s no message or description to help visitors understand your brand or why they should buy.
- No CTA button is provided to direct users toward featured products or collections.
Recommendation
- Add a Headline to Communicate Core Value. For example, “Your all-in-one solution for all type of garments”.
- Include a Clear Call-to-Action (CTA). For example, “Explore the Collection”.
2. Improve the Welcome Message
A tip to grab attention and adds conversion power right at the top. You can tailor the message to your brand such as "Welcome to Aliyaah – Modestwear with Meaning” or turn it into a promo bar like “10% OFF your first order – Use code WELCOME10”.

3. Adding more information for your products
- Add Product Names or Descriptions: Currently, only the color is shown as the label ("Black", “Brown”, etc.).This lacks context and branding appeal. Use something like: “Everyday Modest Abaya – Black”.
- Improve Image Quality & Lighting: Use consistent backgrounds or similar lighting tones and remove blur effect on your models’ faces.
4. Including product reviews and testimonials
Product reviews serve as authentic social proof. Including customer reviews and testimonials on your product pages is one of the most powerful strategies you can use to increase trust, build credibility, and drive sales—especially in a competitive online retail environment.
- Builds Trust Instantly: Customers trust other buyers more than brand claims.
- Increases Conversion Rates: Seeing others happy with their purchase gives new buyers more confidence to act.
I hope this can help elevate your sales strategy and increase your conversion rates. Good luck! ![]()
Thank you for the link, and I am sorry, but it will be harsh.
It looks like you did a minimal amount of work to get the basics of the store, but that is not done well.
You have added images, and maybe it is some cultural thing, so I apologize, but you are selling to USA and Canada, and blurring the faces just distances you from customers. Also, images are done like passing by, not in a professional setting, you have black one next to black furniture, and the item is not clearly visible. And your product description is minimal. Overall also, there is not much text that would explain more about your work, bring you closer to customers. Explain more, some FAQ, Shipping. Material info. That banner on the homepage with your store URL have no purpose, it should be your product or some discount, with a text to grab customer attention and it must have a link to your collection.
You need more sections on all pages. Important part, for me, is the contact information. Just a gmail email is not enough. Any scammer can have that. If you are business, give as much info as possible. Like registration info, address, phone, and email with your domain. Do you want to know to who you are giving you credit card info.
I apologize if this sounds too harsh but it is what it is. You have a lot of work, base is set, minimal but you did started it. Again I urge you to take some time and search the community, you can learn a lot and do a lot of thing by yourself that can improve your store.
Good luck
Hey there @Aliyaah Your store’s user experience and the quality of the images are top notch. In terms of the sales not hitting yet, I suspect it may have more to do with the marketing side of the business even though you already do Tik Tok and Instagram ads, I’d suggest you get a marketing expert who could offer more insight on that.
On the store itself, I suggest adding a blog page so there’s more content (as well as helping with traffic generation), add links to the social media pages of the business at the bottom of the homepage and also, maybe add some short videos to the product gallery.
