I need help putting these pictures on my store in Dawn 2.0

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to put these pictures on my homepage and I don’t what the best way would be:

I currently have them on my store as one image:

It doesn’t look good on mobile as it’s impossible to read unless you zoom in. Which is why I want to upload them separately, so 2 images stack up on each other and they’re readable.

I was hoping that someone could assist me in any way. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

You can use the Multicolumn section in Dawn for this. Create the icons as PNG graphics without the text and add the text separately. This is how this section looks in principle (I just used some stock photos instead of icons).

Thank you for getting back to me @ThomasBorowski

I just made a multicolumn but it doesn’t look right yet.

I was wondering if you knew how to make the following changes;

  • Have the icons appear correctly

  • Change the multicolumn background color

  • Adjust the height, both top and bottom, of the multicolumn

  • Change the weight of the top line text

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You will have to upload the icons in the color you want, that can’t be changed in theme settings.

You can experiment with the section’s settings for how the images are to be displayed to prevent them from being cropped. Also make sure you upload all the icons in the exact same dimensions and ideally they should be square.

The background color of the columns can be changed in the section’s settings. If you need more control including specific font sizes and weights, that will require modifications to the code. If you’re not familiar with HTML/CSS/Liquid I would recommend hiring a Shopify Expert.
