I need help, really bad

Topic summary

Issue: In the Shopify store’s “Season of the leaves” collection, two product pages (“Honey & Bumble Pyjama’s” and “Witches Brew Sweater”) display mixed design elements. When another product is added, the two pages’ designs appear to combine, even though each product is set to a different template (“Honey & Bumble” and “Witches brew” templates).

Context: In Shopify, a product template defines the layout and content sections for a product page. A “collaborator request code” is used to grant a trusted helper access to review store configuration.

Suggested actions:

  • Verify separate templates truly exist and confirm the correct template is assigned to each product.
  • If the issue persists, share the collaborator request code privately for a direct review.

Outcome/Status: No fix confirmed yet. The thread is open, awaiting template assignment verification or a collaborator’s inspection.

Im having a problem with 2 products in a specific collection.
Whenever I add another product, 2 pages combine design.

So if you go to Season of the leaves, and click on both products, you’ll see that from the Honey & Bumble Pyjama’s a piece of the design is also on the Witches Brew Sweater page.

Although there are 2 different templates.
Witches brew template & Honey & Bumble template

What can I do here?

Hey @DriftArmy

I suggest you to double check and confirm if you have created separate templates for both of them and assigned those templates to the product as well accordingly. If the issue still occurs then feel free to share your collaborator request code in private messages and I can have a look at it.

Best Regards,

Moeed
