I Need Help Removing the excessive white space on header

The first image is my store and the second image is what I’m trying to achieve

To make it pain; I’ll like to change the search icon into a phone icon and then put a search bar underneath to move the logo and other stuff upward to remove the excessive white space above and I’ll like these changes to be on mobile only

For the desktop view, I would like to move the search bar to the left-hand side of the logo and then make the logo and icon bigger

Any help would be greatly appreciated
