I need help urgently i need to contact shopify

Why can I not contact shopify? It jas been 3 days now and there is no way for me to co tsct shopify about any of my issues I’m having with their system including payouts.. This is VERY important and the fact there’s NO way to co tact shopify at all is disgraceful and this business must be available to speak to some how especially about my payouts that all of a sudden aren’t paying out. I click contact support and the robot asks me to log in. So I log in and there is no store to select. The system says I have no store at all??? I log back onto my shopify app and my store is there clear as day, it’s active and live on the internet. People are purchasing from it. SO I HAVE A STORE SO EHY IS SHOPIFY TELLING ME I HAVE NO STORE SO THEREFORE AM UNABLE TO CONTACT FOR HELP. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I HAVE TRIED EMAILING SUPPORT@SHOPIFY.COM AND EVEB THAT WAY OF CONTACT IS JO LONGER AVAILABLE. HOW RO I CONTACT SHOPIFY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT SHOPIFY!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!! I NEED HELP I NEED HELP I NEED HELP AND THE SHOPIFY SYSTEM WONT LET ME CONTACT SHOPIFY!!! I AM STUCK AND I FEEL TRAPPED AND I WONT TO LEAVE THIS SYSTEM BUT YIU AREHOLDING MY PAYOUTS THIS IS ALMOST CRIMINAL. I will be in touch with the commerce commission about this and see what legal options I have for all this trouble. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO USE OTHER ECOMMERCE SYSTEMS RATHER THAN SHOPIFY.

You should be able to select your store whenever prompted to log in while creating a support ticket. However, if you’re experiencing issues in doing so, it’s a good idea to perform some local troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, a local issue can prevent the system from displaying your store information. Please try the following steps one by one, and attempt to create a support ticket after each step to see if any of these resolve the problem:

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues. If you are still experiencing the error using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
