I need feedback on my store
You have 127 reviews on the hoodie and a 4.9 star rating, you don’t need help.
those were generated on the site i used to generate a page
Im getting no sales and have about 500 sessions, but no one is buying
Just out of curiosity though, why does this description you posted say you provide blanks and the customer can provide the design. Where is this “intuitive editor to customize”?
so what happened is i changed my original idea from custom shirts to my own hoodie
Do you understand what the sessions mean or do you have no clue about what it’s saying? Generally, when people say “I have _____ sessions but no sales” they literally have no idea what they’re looking at.
First instance, are you including your own visits, and the sessions coming from Council Bluffs? Learn what the analytics is telling you. Research.
500 is also not a lot. It takes thousands to get a valid picture.
Also, you’re dropshipping, just like the many thousands of others. You can’t honestly expect to get a lot of money from dropshipping 3 pod products. I would suggest taking a few days and really researching this field. You’ll find it’s bled out and many many others are in the same boat as you.
I actually like the design. I’d consider buying one if you were the one who did the printing or even stocked it and shipped it out yourself.
Hi @3-Strands
I’ve reviewed your homepage and found a few key areas to improve both SEO and conversions:
- Heading Structure Issue (SEO)
Your homepage currently has multiple H1 tags. Each page should have only one H1, with proper hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3 → H4). This helps search engines understand your content better. - Schema Markup Missing
Important schemas like FAQ schema, Product schema, and Collection (product grid) schema are not implemented. Adding these will improve visibility in Google (rich results, star ratings, FAQ dropdowns). - Hero Section Clarity
The main heading is not clearly communicating the product. It should be more product-focused and benefit-driven. - Conversion Optimization
- Add trust signals (Free shipping, Easy returns, Secure checkout)
- Improve CTA (use “Shop Now” instead of passive text)
- Add urgency (limited stock, offers)
- Content Flow Improvement
Currently the page is story-heavy at the top. It’s better to show product details earlier, then support with story and benefits. - Social Proof
Increase visible reviews and ratings to build trust.

Hi @3-Strands
The product page colour variant issue is something that needs fixing pretty soon because it’s actively making the shopping experience frustrating. You’ve set up colour options which is the right move, but when every colour still shows as a separate image in the gallery the customer has to scroll through all of them just to find the add to cart button. That’s unnecessary friction at exactly the moment someone is trying to buy. The gallery should only show images relevant to whichever colour variant is currently selected, not everything at once.
For a store with just three products right now, every single interaction a customer has needs to be smooth because there’s not much else to keep them engaged. A clunky product page on a small catalogue is a bigger problem than it would be on a store with fifty products.
The cart is the other thing to sort out. You have a slider cart which is a solid start but it’s not doing anything beyond just holding items. With hoodies, tees and a cap you have natural combinations that sell themselves if you put them in front of people at the right time. Someone adding the hoodie should be seeing the matching tee or the cap right inside the cart without having to go back and browse. Add a free shipping progress bar in there too, at these price points someone buying a tee is only one item away from a threshold and that bar gives them the nudge to grab the cap as well.
From my own experience, small catalogues actually convert really well when the store is dialled in properly because there’s less decision fatigue. Focus on making these three products look and feel as premium as possible before expanding.
Don’t go installing multiple apps to get the cart features working either. It slows everything down and costs more than it needs to. Something like iCart handles all of it together cleanly.
Hi, @3-Strands
Congrats on launching your store! A few tweaks around product presentation, and mobile speed can make a noticeable difference in conversions.
Build Trust
Include clear shipping and return info
Conversion Tracking
Check if visitors are dropping at a certain point (cart, checkout, product page) using Shopify Analytics or Google Analytics. This will tell you exactly where the friction is.
Product Page
Highlight key benefits on the product page - don’t just list specs.
Pricing & offer
Make sure pricing feels competitive
Consider simple offers to encourage first purchase
Mobile speed
Check website speed in Google page speed insights https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-typeshirt-online/vo8fyorgeq?form_factor=mobile that your site loads with LCP score and bursts quickly on mobile - large images or extra apps can slow things down.
If you notice slow loading or performance issues affecting conversions, you could explore optimization apps called Website Speedy Shopify App.
