I need help with Store not saving after Editing, Pictures are supplied

So strange thing is happening, I have a problem where my store is edited just fine, but when I preview it, Its entierly different. See in pictures 1 and 2.

Final version is this first picture.

Second Picture is this, but when I preview it as a normal person. I’ve checked in the files systems and If i change the header or the logo, changes are saved. But I noticed in the editor, as you will see in picture 3.

Picture 3, The template portion isn’t apart of the main segment? How do I fix this issue? .

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are those changes saving when downloading a fresh copy of your theme?

If so, I’d encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps to see if this helps to resolve. For ease, I’ve gone ahead and listed a few steps below for you to attempt to see if this allows you to save those changes:

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device.
  • Confirm the Shopify Mobile App is up to date.
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date.

If after attempting all of the steps outlined above, you continue to receive that error, please connect with us directly.
