I need help with Symmetry theme ? About Custom Liquid

Hello,
I noticed that there is a big problem with my website. I noticed that I never used the H1, H2, H3 tags. (In fact, I just learned about this subject. 1 year later. Wrong and unnecessary H1 … I use both too much)

I’m editing my theme now. I’ve accomplished some of the things I wanted with Custom Liquid, but there’s a problem. I am sharing the preview link of my website below. (See screenshot first to understand what I’m talking about)

I created a popup at the bottom of my page. (Why should I buy a vintage rug?)

I created tags like H2 tag below this paragraph. … ( I wrote Turkish rug labeled H2 ) …( For trial purposes )

But there is a problem.

I can’t put an H2 tag in front of a pop-up window (Why should I buy a vintage rug?). Can you send me the coded version of this?
