So I understand a few things… We have several apps installed, that have edited code, Things like Judge.me, Loyalty Lion, Bold Product Options, etc., but this is the current situation:
We were running a theme called Wokiee (version 1) and everything was running swimmingly. Then one day, it just stopped being able to check out. It just gives the spinning loader. I went back and reverted and changes I could find, and removed any apps I could - but the issue persisted. I ultimately have switched the theme - I have tried several. Each time I swapped out the theme, the issue is resolved. We are currently running Wokiee (V2) and checkout is working fine again.
I still want to run Wokiee V1 as it was setup exactly how we wanted it.
I have contacted the theme developer, and they basically say it’s our problem. The theme works fine when clean installed, so its an app or customization that is causing the problem. I understand. That is almost certainly true, but doesn’t help me to resolve my issue. I am looking for some help, even if it’s just pointing me in the right direction of what files, sections, snippets, assets, etc. to look at, and compare to the original unedited code.
I am attaching a screenshot of what is displayed in Google Chrome Dev Console while the spinner is running - it shows error, but I just don’t know where to go to access any of the things it’s saying. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
