I cant find the link to change my SSN with my new EIN number? can anybody help me please. Thank you

Nick here from Shopify.
The place you would go to update your EIN number is in the Payments section of your admin. You can get there by taking the following steps:
Store Admin > Settings > Payments > Payment Providers and Shopify Payments should be at the top. It should look like the screenshot below:
In the process to activate Shopify Payments here you will see where to put the EIN and other business details. This will differ for each country and what they need. For example, this is my test store and I am based in Ireland fand it is called a CRN number for me:
