Hi all,
I need to add a £2.50 surcharge to the shipping for orders that contain a frozen product.
I’ve been looking around shipping profiles, but they only work if the customer only has frozen products on their order. As soon as they add a non-frozen product, the shipping price goes crazy.
Am I setting up the profile wrong?
Otherwise, is there any workaround for this?
