Hi there! We have an online store and we ship our order complete. However, I don’t mind shipping incomplete orders if a customer orders multiple times. I’ve talked to a Shopify Support person and they helped create a flow but I need the proper Shopify API search syntax.
What I’m looking for is the following:
New order created → Check if customer has previously unfulfilled or partially fulfilled orders → Tag order CHECK (or whatever)
This way my employees can at least have an indicator on the pick slips to know there might be held orders in the warehouse that can be shipped with the new order.
