I need to login to an old store that I'm still being charged for but I get an error

Hi:

I am being charged $38.99 for a store that I haven’t accessed for going on two years and can no longer access it as I get an error telling me “Unable to Access – Contact Your Administrator”! I’m the store owner and administrator but Shopify doesn’t seem to have a phone number to contact their support nor can I find an email address for their support nor can I find a chat window with which to contact them.

This is so very frustrating as when I go to support, it just sends me in to an endless loop of knowledge base articles but no where can I actually speak to a live person.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Please visit this link and log in to your account to create a support request. If you are unable to log in, you can choose the “Continue without logging in” option at the start and continue through the same process.

Once you are on the suggestions page, type in the issue you require help with, and then click search. Scroll right to the bottom and you should see Get Support followed by a green Continue button:

Once you have clicked this button you will be redirected to the support channel options, I suggest connecting with an agent via live chat for quick support:

If you are having further trouble I suggest trying a different browser or clearing your cache. When you use a browser, like Google Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

After spending an entire day attempting to find a way to get to support, I was able to gain access through their chat support dialog box.

Hannah from support was able to resolve my issue.

So, thanks everyone who had a possible solution in mind to post but hadn’t posted it yet.
