Thanks for posting! Setting up new payment processors can definitely feel overwhelming. Don’t worry, you’ve got this!
This is generally all information you already have. For example:
Company name - Your store’s name
Complete registered address - The address your store operates from. This could be your home address.
E-mail - Your email
When it comes to your return, refund, and withdrawal policy, this can be a bit more tricky. These are terms you will have to determine moving forward. There is no specific answer, as these are decisions you must make for your business. For example, you need to decide whether you do, or do not want to allow returns or refunds, and how a customer would handle a situation in which they are unhappy.
Shopify does currently have policy templates in place that you can use. These are located under Settings > Policies in your Shopify Admin. However, it’s advised you review them to know what policies you are providing.
In regards to the request for registration number, this could be in reference to your merchant ID with your primary payment gateway. You will need to reach out to your payment gateway to request this information. Or, you can also reach out to Klarnafor more context on what information they require.
In the meantime, what is your website domain? I would love to take a look!
The problem was to know where I should insert the Klarna requested information.
I have been using Klarna already, anyhow now Shopify asks to uppdata Klarna before 31 july to continue using Klarna, and Klarna ask us to include Company info visible for customers.
Now I have succeded to include the requsted information.
Hi this is really off topic so my apologies. I have tried and tried and tried to intergrate klarna with my website and have spoke to multiple shopify agents which has been no help - can I ask how you have set this up in your account please?
That is frustrating not being able to add Klarna! Unfortunately, the reason you cannot add it is due to you being located in the UK.
Currently, Klarna is only available in Germany, Austria, and Sweden which you can view in our help document. We do hope to expand the access to Klarna in the future. However, as Klarna is a third party gateway we do not have any time frame or further information on this.
