i need disconnected a domain on the store, but i can not login in the account, the domian name ist Thekleid.de, can you please help me to disconnected it?

Has the account been closed, or are you simply having issues logging in? Have you tried logging in via a different browser or incognito mode? If the account has been deactivated, then you will need to get in touch with live support here at this page so that they can help you disconnect the domain. Once it has been disconnected from the store in question, it will be free to use on another store. Let me know if that helps!
As I am unsure if your store has been deactivated or not, can you tell me if you’re planning to open a new store?
