I need urgent help as I am trying to pause/ stop a website and business on behalf of a friend who recently has been in a tragic accident. She is in a coma so we don’t have any access to any of her passcodes or login. Her business is still getting orders but they obviously can not be completed. The shopify help robot is completely useless and obviously doesn’t understand this completely unique situation. Why is it so impossible to get help from a real human in shopify? Can someone please advise me
Hi @Tashaxox02 For legal matters contact a lawyer first as you’ll likely need a court order if you have no credentials granting authority.

While some staff are here at times you need to contact support directly these are community forums and no one can intervene.
For bots on pretty much any platform ask bots for “human” or “support advisor” etc.
Bearing in mind for situations like this there is nothing they will do if you don’t have the proper credentitals to prove you have authorization to do this to a store.
