I am writing to you because I have a problem and for this I’m trying to unsuccessfully contact you since more or less one month and this is really harming my business. I noticed that more or less 10-5 people that looks fake (like a virus or a hack )per minute are signing the mail newsletter of my website:
the names and email addresses seem to be problematic,it all looks like a virus and do t know how to get rid of it before i send my next newsletter .
Please SHARE WITH ME a valid email from your assistance so that I can help you understand what’s going on.
I have tried downloading the shopify extension flow but it does not work to block these types of issues, please help!

In regards to your concerns about spammy accounts signing up for your newsletter, I’d be happy to share some insight into this.
You noted that you are concerned about this being an attack on your website or an issue with your site’s security. I want to assure you that the integrity of your store would not be affected by this situation. The volume of sign-ups required to cause a platform issue would be many many more than the number you are reporting. Shopify also has security measures in place to protect stores and our platform from those types of attacks.
These sign up are most likely being created by bot accounts that crawl websites for customer facing information. This is normal and happens to all websites. I agree with @theycallmemakka that enabling Google recaptcha security on your store will help you limit these types of signups in the future. Please rest assured that you can continue to send out your newsletters regardless of these sign ups and there is no risk to your business or your customers.
