Hey I’ve recently launched my store with a wide variety of niches to choose from. I’ve set up my Facebook ad campaign and receive decent amounts of traffic but haven’t made a single sale.
The following might have a small effect: thoughtful Australians instantly boycott any Australian shops that don’t use Australian spelling (for example, using a different country’s spelling of the word ‘catalogue’), but, of course, people (like me) who care about our linguistic and cultural heritage are probably in the minority; but it might be worth considering.
More importantly, as you may have already suspected, there’s currently no product (especially on the home page) that immediately GRABS me and makes me feel the irrepressible urge of ‘OMG I NEEEEED THAT!!!’
The closest (for me) was the LED basketball hoop light. Maybe make that product the dominant image/product that people see first(?). If possible, maybe sell the entire basketball set-up with the light built in(?), not just the light.
The site looks clean and nice and technically functional.
Your knight cartoon is awesome. Well drawn!
Of course, as we all know, the retail world is crowded and saturated; so what you need is at least one absolutely epic product.
I’ve taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can make better conversions.
Add sections like ‘New Arrivals’, ‘Featured Products’, ‘Hot Sellers’ in the Home page to help customers keep updated on your store products.
Add product reviews in products pages as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
Change the ‘Feedback’ heading on the Home page to Testimonials.
Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they’re looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category). Currently, once we click the Filter, it’s showing a blank blue color panel.

Hope this was helpful and wish you the best with your store.
I suspect, that there may be problems with user usability. Check the bounce rate also. Try using a heat map to analyze user behavior.
Check the depth of the scroll. The user may not be able to access important information.
The others have given you some good feedback. However, 1 from P1234 really stands out that needs to be expanded, “no product (especially on the home page) that immediately GRABS me and makes me feel the irrepressible urge of ‘OMG I NEEEEED THAT!!!’”
Can you answer the following:
Who is your customer?
What do they need?
Where will they use it?
When do they need it?
Why do they need it?
How will they use it?
There doesn’t seem to be any value proposition, USP, theme, or focus to your store and products. Why would I shop your store vs. the local dollar store or Amazon? Once you can answer these then you’ll understand why you have 0 sales AND spend less in advertising in targeting the right customers.
I suspect most of your products are dropshiped? You will probably have to redo your inventory once you ID who you want to target and confirm with them in conversations (CX & UX)
