I Recently Got 3 Messages That Call Into Question My Store's Ability to Collect Payment

Can someone please explain this. It seems to be regarding Shop Pay Installments and Two-Step Authentication. But it says that my payouts and Shop Pay Installments are paused. I just set up the two step authentication system so would that fix the issue and allow us to accept payments or allow customers to pay-however this works?
