I recieved a mail from “shopifyteam.backend@gmail.com” telling me this

“Dear merchant

This is a follow up massage regarding your Shopify store we give you 48 verifying your theme license. It is important to act promptly, as your store remains under review due to potential compliance issues.

Please reply with the requested details immediately to resolve this matter:
Business Name
Theme Name and Version
Store URL
Country of Operation
Failure to respond may lead to further action, including a potential review of your store’s compliance status. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure your store operates within Shopify’s guidelines.

Hey @Alexlok

Shopify would never email you from a gmail.com domain so there’s nothing to worry about as it’s a scam email and you can completely ignore it.

Thank you so much, is there any problem if we answered, we were afraid that our store was going to be shuttered down and we sent de info he asked for, nothing private.

Yes since there’s no personal information mentioned in it so there’s nothing to worry about. You can just ignore their future replies on the mail.
