I recieved email about exporting customers

Hello!

I let one company rebuild my website and after they finished I recieved an email about exporting my customers. Is it possible to check did they downloaded it? Is there any kind download history etc?

Thanks for reaching out.

I can appreciate how this can be frustrating and alarming. However, I hope to help you find the answers quickly.

As an account owner, you can see most of the activities performed on the store from the Activity Feed. You can access this information from your admin dashboard. Login to your admin Home page, and on the right-hand sidebar, scroll down to the Activity section.
You can click View all recent activity to see a longer feed of recent activity on your account.

If you still can’t find the information you need, we may need to look into it further. Unfortunately, we cannot look into accounts specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons.

I invite you to reach out to our Contact Us page and log in to the store. It will allow us to verify you as the store owner. Once you have successfully logged in, they will be able to forward your inquiry to our dedicated team.

I cant reach out. It keeps tacking me back to topics and stuff. There is no contact form

That’s no problem. You should be able to access support options from this link directly. If not, I can guide you step by step:

  1. Firstly, enter the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor.
    In your case, enter a keyword such as ‘customers’.
  2. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ button as shown below.
