So I make custom items and spend more time on Facebook than my website, but that being said once a week or every two weeks I use to go in and use the filters and find items in the store that now have zero quantity or meaning they have been sold. Now I know I can click each order and go in and manage and delete the item being in the store, but I use to be able to use a filter and find all of the products that are now ZERO and take them off the store and stop showing sold out to the customers. It’s been ages since I have maintained my site and it seems like the filter has changed or is harder to understand or find. Can someone walk me through this so I can still keep all the items in the back end again if I make more, but stop showing them on the website right now as sold out or even showing them so people can see them.
