I’m in Canada. I’m selling a few items for USD. I sold one for $28 USD. My payout section converts it correctly and displays it as $39 CAD. However, my dashboard and analytics page are displaying the total sales as $28 CAD.

This is very confusing to me. How can I fix this behavior? I think my dashboard and analytics page should also convert the total sales in CAD.

I need to sell the items in USD and I’m using a Canadian bank. Please help.

I tried to reach out to customer support but the chat is not working. No one is responding on the chat.

Thanks a lot! that fixed the problem. I was using USD as store currency. That caused the bug.

Sounds like a reporting glitch. Check Settings Store Currency to confirm your store’s currency. In Reports and Analytics see if you can adjust the currency display. Shopify support can be slow try reaching them via Twitter @ShopifySupport or email

I fixed the bug by changing store’s currency. What’s Shopify support team’s email address? I can’t find it anywhere.
