Sorry to hear you stumbled on scammer. That domain was registered just 16 days ago so that is a sign of scammer.
So you will not get a refund from them. But you should try as soon as possible to contact your bank and say it was a fraud website.
Hopefully, they can help you out and stop the transaction.
