I want a partner who can help me build my dtc skicnare dropshipping brand

Hey, hope you’re doing well. I want to clearly share my goals so we can stay aligned.Right now, my main goals are:

  1. Build a profitable, scalable store with a strong conversion rate and clean UX.

  2. Optimize my bundles so each one solves a specific skin concern and delivers strong AOV.

  3. Run high-quality ad creatives (I have 350+ ready) to scale on TikTok and Meta.

  4. Use SEO + content to drive long-term organic traffic to my bundles.

  5. Grow a brand, not just a store — clear messaging, consistent visuals, and trust-building.

  6. I want a team that supports, guides, and gives strategy, not one that creates fear or confusion.

I’m looking for marketers who understand DTC skincare, know how to scale profitably, and can help me grow fast while keeping things simple and focused If that aligns with what you do, I’d love to move forward.

Hello @ashmk2
I can see that you really wish to create the store intensively, If you don’t mind, Our team can be of help to you, Kindly give us a response or DM prvately

Thanks for laying out your goals so clearly — it already shows you’re approaching this with the right mindset. Everything you listed aligns very closely with the type of DTC work I handle, especially in the skincare niche.

Here’s how I’d normally approach a brand with your goals:

1. Build a profitable, scalable store

This starts with tightening your UX, clarifying your value proposition, and making sure your storefront does the heavy lifting before ads ever start. Clean product structure, easy navigation, and a conversion-focused layout are the foundation for scaling.

2. Bundle strategy for higher AOV

Your idea of having each bundle solve a specific skin concern is exactly the right direction. I usually map bundles around routines (e.g., hyperpigmentation, acne care, hydration, barrier repair) and align them with clear benefits, usage guidance, and supporting content. This consistently lifts AOV and improves ROAS on ads.

3. Scaling with TikTok + Meta

Having 350+ creatives ready is a huge advantage. The key is organizing them into testing frameworks, creative clusters, and iteration cycles so scaling stays controlled rather than chaotic. I can help structure those testing systems and align them with your funnel.

4. SEO + content for long-term traffic

For skincare, SEO and educational content are powerful. Searchers love problem-solution content, ingredient breakdowns, and routines. With the right structure, this becomes a passive driver of traffic and trust.

5. Growing a real brand, not just a store

This is where consistent visuals, messaging, and positioning matter. When your ads, emails, product pages, and brand voice all support the same narrative, scaling becomes much easier — and your customer retention improves dramatically.

6. Strategic support, not confusion

Your last point is important. A lot of founders end up feeling overwhelmed because they don’t have a team that explains the why behind the decisions. My approach is collaborative — you’ll always know the reasoning, strategy, and expected outcome behind what we’re doing.

If everything you’ve described is still the direction you want to go, I’d be happy to help you build a clean, scalable setup for both the store and your marketing systems. Just let me know what stage you’re at and we can take it from there.

Hey, I appreciate how clearly you’ve laid this out — that already tells me you’re thinking like a brand builder, not a short-term seller.

I work with a brand-first mindset: tight messaging, consistent visuals, data-driven ads, and systems that scale. If you’re ready to move forward, the next step would be aligning on your core offers, funnel flow, and scaling roadmap so everything stays focused and efficient.

Happy to continue the conversation an

d see how we can build this the right way.Hey, I appreciate how clearly you’ve laid this out — that already tells me you’re thinking like a brand builder, not a short-term seller.

Your goals are solid and realistic: focusing on conversion, clean UX, problem-solution bundles, and AOV is exactly how DTC skincare scales sustainably. Having 350+ creatives ready gives us real leverage on TikTok and Meta, and combining that with SEO + content is the right move for long-term growth and lower CAC.

I fully agree on the team aspect too. The best results come from clear strategy, honest feedback, and structured execution — not fear-based tactics or confusion. My role is to simplify, prioritize what actually moves revenue, and help you scale profitably without burning the brand.

hey jonjay thanks for reaching out ,drop you email or contact here so we can move on.

You’ve outlined solid goals. For finding the right partner, I’d suggest being very clear on what you want first: equity vs paid engagement, expected timeline, and specific responsibilities like ads, CRO, or SEO.

On Shopify, you’ll usually get better results by starting with a small test project or paid trial with an agency or marketer experienced in DTC skincare, then scaling once performance and communication are proven. Also consider posting this in the Shopify Partners directory or filtering for case studies in skincare to avoid generic agencies.

Clarity upfront will save you time and help attract the right team.

Hey, thanks for laying this out so clearly, I really appreciate the transparency. Your goals around scalable growth, bundle optimization, strong creatives, and long-term brand building are fully aligned with how I work. I focus on keeping things simple, data-driven, and conversion-focused, while providing clear strategy and guidance (not confusion). If you’re looking to build a real DTC skincare brand and scale profitably, I’d be happy to move forward and discuss next steps.

Best,

Daniel Smith

You’ve clearly thought this through, which already puts you ahead. To find the right partner, I’d lock down expectations early around roles, ownership vs paid work, and short-term milestones. Starting with a small test project or paid trial with someone who has real DTC skincare results will tell you more than promises. Once trust and performance are proven, scaling the partnership becomes much easier.

Thanks for sharing this. Your goals make a lot of sense and they’re very aligned with how we work. We focus on building profitable, scalable DTC brands, especially in skincare, with clear messaging, strong bundles, and clean UX. Your approach to problem-based bundles, creative-led scaling on TikTok and Meta, and long-term SEO is exactly how brands win today. We believe in simple, focused strategy and supportive collaboration, not fear or confusion. I’d definitely be interested in moving forward and exploring how we can grow this together.

Hey @ashmk2

Hey! What you’ve outlined is exactly what we do for DTC skincare brands - we take your 350+ creatives and turn them into profitable, scalable ad systems on TikTok and Meta, while building high-converting bundle pages that actually solve specific skin concerns and drive strong AOV. We combine performance marketing (testing, scaling, and optimizing your best hooks) with long-term SEO strategy (content that ranks and converts), all while helping you build a brand people trust, not just another store.

No gatekeeping, no confusion - just clear strategy, execution, and growth. We have a team that guides you through scaling profitably while keeping things simple and focused, let’s talk - I’d love to show you how we’ve helped brands like yours go from setup to scale without burning budget or losing their identity.

Hi, I’m currently selling my DTC skincare brand Patch Project based in Australia if you would be interested. I have recently moved overseas and lack routine to scale it. Have over 1500+ stock in house, and have product market fit. Just need someone to take over the marketing side. Let me know

hi yeah would love to collaborate ,how may i contact you.

for sure ,how may i contact you

From a merchant to merchant: your scope is very broad and wide: you’re effectively asking for someone to launch the whole brand on your behalf while you just wait to get paid. It’s not going to work like that, and if you expect that anyone would do that for you, you’re wrong, of they lie to you.

You can get someone who specialises in website developement, somebody else who specialises in paid-ads, and somebody in SEO and content generation. All these things are completely different areas which require a completely different sets of skills.

If anyone promises to do all that for you, they either don’t know what they’re talking about, don’t know what it entails, or they’re just lying to you just to get your money.

A website deloper which specialises in coding (and who is serious about his coding and focus on coding only, not be a “Jack of All Trades”) will have no idea about paid advertising. So you’d need a specialist in paid advertising, especially if you don’t want to waste thousands and thousands of $ on FB/instagram ads.

I’ll DM you here as I’m unsure if I can share my email address on this forum.

Hi @ashmk2

Thanks for sharing this so clearly — I really appreciate the transparency around your goals. Everything you outlined aligns well with how I like to work: focusing on conversion, clean UX, strong bundles with clear value, and scalable growth without unnecessary complexity.

I also agree that building a real brand with consistent messaging and trust is far more important than short-term wins. I’m confident I can support you strategically and help you move fast while staying focused and profitable.

Happy to move forward and discuss next steps if you are.
