It is possible to edit your theme code to change the search results that show up. It is mostly outlined here and here. Because this is quite an advanced code edit our help team couldn’t really support it, so I hope those guides are useful. If you’re still uncertain, you may want to consult with a Shopify Expert for more professional help.
