I want my refund

Hello, i ordered a product from a seller on Shopify, after a couple of days i changed my mind and cancelled the order, it said my request was accepted but i never got any money. Now when i click the email with the confirmation that it was cancelled, it just says that the store is gone, i just want my money back. Thanks
