I want to add a simple popup to anyone who visits my discount link

As the title suggests, I’m running a QR code with an affiliate company that links to https://www.causoli.pk/discount/imaspamember

I want there to be a simple notification in the form of a modal whenever someone visits the homepage using their link, as currently, no notification shows up saying the code has been applied, even though it has. I don’t want to do this using an app as I don’t want to slow down my store. Is there a simple workaround for this?
