I want to add something like this in the cart drawer where the customer can see how much more they have to spend to receive free shipping. For my store, the customer needs to spend $50 to receive free shipping. My theme is Berlin and my URL is lakebaez.com

You can install an app to do that. You can find out from** Shopify app store**

A cart-progress bar or free-shipping-progress bar, plenty of apps available for that on the app store.

Though to be more performant and fit custom logic it can be done as a customization , an advanced customization since it needs to hook into the theme to know when the cart contents change.
