I want to be able to show text from the product on the receipt

For context we are Pram, Pushchair & Car Seat Retailer. Many of our products are bundles so they may be called the “Accessory Bundle” or “Ultimate Bundle” as titles but on the POS receipt we want to show what is included without having to manually type this each time. For example the note may be: “Includes: Pram Chassis, Seat Unit, Cup Holder, Changing Bag, Infant Car Seat, Car Seat Base, Rain Cover, Universal Car Seat Adapters & Carrycot.”

This can be quite time consuming for each order. I understand that POS only prints line items and not metadata/metafields as my original idea was to input this as a metafield.

Each product would really have a different Includes description so ideally this information would be inputed at the Product in Shopify.

I am using Koto 2.0 as a theme and POS Pro subscription.

I have tried a few different third party apps but can’t find the solution.

Any suggestions?

Are you using the Shopify Bundles app or another 3rd party bundles app to create your bundles. If you are creating bundles from a range of products then there is certainly a away to have the components of the bundle listed on the receipt.

We aren’t using any bundles app. The product is a bundle in it’s own right so our supplier has called the product the Ultimate Bundle, all the products within it aren’t always available individually to allow is to built a bundle with Shopify.
