Go to Online Store —> select Themes

on the right click Customize

—> on left side bar choose Theme Settings ---- > click on the Logo

From there you will find all the setting for the logo

Please navigate to the Sales channels section > Online Store > Theme > Customize

After that, in the Theme Settings, choose Logo section

Now you should be able to see all logo settings.

Steps to add custom CSS:

• Inspect (F12) your site > Navigate to the line that has the logo code

• Try adding CSS in the front end

• Add code to the custom CSS in the theme
