I’m stuck with an old bank account that is closed and I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before I just need to change the old Account number but my old bank account isn’t releasing the information.

In this case you’ll want to reach out to our live support on this page. Our Support Advisors would be able to start the process of getting your payout bank account changed. They will likely need to escalate this to our Account Integrity team who will be able to review your account and help you make this change. When you reach out to them you can also ask them to put a temporary hold on your payouts so that the money doesn’t go to the incorrect account.
You may also be able to find the bank account information in the following places:
- A Void Cheque
- A Direct Deposit form or Bank statement
